Welcome to Stepping Stones Preschool, where every child is encouraged to learn, grow, and shine in a safe, caring, and joyful environment.
With over 26 years of experience in education, I have had the privilege of serving as a Principal and guiding young learners, educators, and families. Holding an M.A. in English Literature and an M.Ed., and as a Member of the International Childhood Association, I believe that quality early childhood education lays the foundation for a lifetime of success.
At Stepping Stones Preschool, our motto is "Learning with Joy, Growing with Confidence." We are committed to nurturing curiosity, creativity, strong values, and a love for learning while ensuring every child feels valued and inspired to reach their full potential.

At Stepping Stones Preschool, we believe that every child deserves an inspiring beginning and a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence. Our commitment is to provide holistic education that prepares children not only for school but for life.
Aditya Mudiraj, Managing Director, is passionate about educational innovation, curriculum development, and teacher empowerment. He holds a Master's degree in Economics and a Diploma in Child Psychology and has been actively involved in the field of education through curriculum design, teacher training, and academic development.
As a Curriculum Developer and the owner of a Vocational Training Centre, he has collaborated with various educational organizations and associations as a Teacher Trainer, conducting professional development programmes for educators. He has also contributed to educational publications and the development of innovative learning resources that support both teachers and students.
His vision is to create an institution where children receive a joyful learning experience, educators are empowered with modern teaching practices, and families become valued partners in every child's journey towards lifelong success.

Stepping Stones Preschool was established in 2023 with a vision to provide a nurturing, joyful, and child-centred learning environment where every child can grow with confidence and develop a lifelong love for learning.
Since its inception, the school has been committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education through innovative teaching practices, a safe and stimulating campus, and a curriculum that supports the holistic development of every child. We believe that the early years are the foundation of a child's future, and we strive to make every learning experience meaningful, engaging, and memorable.
Today, in 2026, Stepping Stones Preschool is proud to be a trusted choice for families, with more than 150 students and a team of dedicated educators who are passionate about shaping young minds. Our focus extends beyond academics to nurturing creativity, communication, confidence, values, and essential life skills.
